Hello, I’m Maria. I began my journey with Willows Preschool in July 2011. I earned my Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood and Primary Education from the Australian Catholic University.
Since joining Willows Preschool in 2011, I initially led the 0-2 age group as the Room Leader, a role that was incredibly rewarding. In early 2016, seeking new challenges, I transitioned to the preschool room.
By the start of 2017, I embraced new responsibilities as a 2IC, and in May 2017, I took on the role of Centre Director. I am passionate about this position, where I have had the opportunity to develop skills in managing the center, mentoring and guiding our team of educators, and handling office administration.

We truly value continuity of care and know how important consistency is in a young child’s life – which is why we our team is only made of of all permanent part-time and full-time educators. We employee regular permanent float educators which enables us to refrain from using “casual” or “agency” educators. This means that your child will always know and be familiar with every educator in the service!
